Insight Architects was founded in 1998 by Greg Kaufmann to transform the experience of consulting by major companies.

Every INSIGHT employee is a seasoned industry veteran, with an average of 18 years experience. Each one of us shares a commitment to servicing the customer, and providing 100% satisfaction. Our methodology is reinforced at team meetings, and is reflected in every customer interaction.

At INSIGHT, we work to enable the client. We seek their input, and are driven by their requirements, which we translate into working machinery. In addition, INSIGHT consultants work side by side with the client’s staff to insure that full knowledge transfer is realized and the client knows as much about the system as we do. Our aim is to transform the ability of the client’s team.

Gregory J. Kaufmann, Founder and Chairman of the Board

Before founding INSIGHTarchitects, Mr. Kaufmann was a partner and senior consultant for Quadruped Systems, Inc. While at Quadruped, he serviced clients in the development large-scale, high-performance data management systems and applications.

Prior to his joining Quadruped, Mr. Kaufmann developed system software supporting large, data-intensive applications at Thinking Machines Corporation. He was a technical contributor for the implementation of the Connection Machine communication and process management substrates. He later led the GlobalWorks distributed and parallel systems infrastructure development bringing Thinking Machines’ high-performance computing infrastructure and applications to clusters of workstations.

Greg graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Computer Science Dept of the University of Massachusetts.
